Looks like you are running a stripped binary. Unfortunately the
backtrace countains no symbols, so it's not possible to figure out where
exactly the crash happens.
Maybe you can get/generate a binary with symbols and reproduce the
crash. If so, please open a ticket in redmine:

Darktable crash frequently when I use the drawn masks and I do many
manipulations "up", "down", "change operator", and so on.
