well, usually) use an arbitrary ISO like 125, 240 etc as
opposed to 100, 200... When this happens I've found selecting the
nearest lowest ISO produces the best results.

I notice the noise profiles I did for the Sony A5100 & Fujifilm HS50EXR
haven't been included. Was there a reason for this or am I just wasting
my time?

Hi,
I've just tested your file here (Linux Mint 17) and can confirm that it
does not display in Darktable 1.6.7.
Gimp (ver: 2.8.10) also fails to load it with the error message
"Unsupported layout, no RGBA header" but Gwenview (ver: 4.13.1) displays
it fine and without issue.
That image was loaded from the .dng and then saved as a .png using
Gwenview's "Save As" function.
