The darktable 3.0.1 release is out.

The Windows and MacOS packages are ready. As usual the binary releases
will come later when packagers will have time to build
Thanks much...it worked. The tags followed but I was able to get rid of
them easy enough on the trial run.
One thing I noticed is that updating the metadata worked on film strip
Ctrl+a to chose all but not in folder mode for some reason...maybe I was
doing that originally who knows...
