With aRGB, do you mean Adobe RGB?
In any case, the output profile is not related to the fact the files are
raw or other. The camera does not apply sRGB or Adobe RGB on raw files. Raw
files are... ermm raw :)
If you get an in camera jpeg Adobe RGB will allow a bigger colour space
(less loss

What do you recommend for raw files: aRGB or sRGB?
Most of my photos end up exported as sRGB for web with some printed
also as sRGB at WHCC.
