Sure, Joachim. Go to [lighttable], left side [image information],
[hamburger icon (top right)], [preferences]. Pick and choose those that
you want to see. You can reorder them by dragging them into a different
order, if you wish.

geotagging, I have just been informed by Panasonic that their Panasonic
Image App does not provide elevation information, even when it is
available on the phone providing the GPS lat/long data to the app. I

I must modify my previous comment. The metadata preferences (settings)
do include an entry for elevation (third from the bottom). You might
want to note whether that has been checked.
