exiv2 or any mapping app built around them. Maybe look at digiKam for this.

I'm geotagging photos I have in JPEG, but find no way to just export
them tagged without recompressing. There's the copy export format, but it seems
to export the original JPEG, without the getoag.
How can this be done with Darktable?
