atm, if it is destined for maven central, avoid maven.eclipse.org and get and account on oss.sonatype.org afaik there has not been a broad buy-in on how maven.eclipse.org will work in the long run and I suspect there will not be until the issue of orbit dependencies in a maven repo is resolved for

Hi, I am also quite interested in this. Currently I publish Texo/Teneo into search.maven.org through sonatype. But I think that 'we' as eclipse should have our own managed maven repo, at least if we have one then it makes sense to publish eclipse stuff there. http://martintaal.wordpress.com/20
