There isn't a monodevelop project for Beagle. Beagle predated Monodevelop, and we've never taken the effort to switch it over. This would be a wonderful project for someone to take on. Right now, as I'm sure you've seen, beaglefs is packaged and distributed separately from Beagle itself. Since beaglefs itself is all C and your UI is in C#, you'll need to do some hacking to get it to build all together. I suggest cloning the git repository, making a local branch and doing the hacking there, and then submitting a patch when you're done.
