Are you looking for all this in one map? Not sure if of help - but the
Agriculture department will have the agro-climatic map (maharashtra is
divided in 9 zones) as well as soil map too. Try also Bhuvan. But you may
have to follow-up with the departments.Also try checking with National

I'm working on dividing Maharashtra into a group of regions, where each group
has a significant topography, vegetation index, climatic changes, soil types
