The various village/taluk shapefile layers are available in the Bhuvan GeoServer layer listing: http://bhuvannuis.nrsc.gov.in/bhuvan/web/?wicket:bookmarkablePage=:org.geoserver.web.demo.MapPreviewPage Search for 'vill' for village boundaries by state. Search for 'taluk' for all taluk boundaries.
