The UDISE uses a totally different blocks in Kerala We have educational
districts and sub districts and blocks and educational grouping is totally
different from that of Revenue grouping.

Thanks for sharing this, but I already looked at these tables. I could find
statewise ST female literacy rate and district wise literacy rate but not
district wise ST female literacy rate. Any further help would be really
helpful.

You can query them at https://w.wiki/8sWm
Also, I tried to add all alternate names I could find as aliases in
wikidata.
Automating this syncing and updating periodically is something I might take
up at a future

You should be able find the xls in data folder.
Or you can try parsed CSV.

Looks like LGD has not updated the block mappings for Rajasthan, as can be
seen by looking at Sanchore District at
https://lgdirectory.gov.in/globalviewBlockforcitizen.do .
The dumps reflect what is in LGD so nothing I can do there.
