If you're talking about the data from covid19india.org, they give a csv as
well.
I have a daily script running that takes the raw data from their API and
then I put out some graphs. An older version of the code is here. The first

Where exactly did you find the .txt files? I've been going through the
site, but finding only PDFs.

As you would expect from the Indian government, while the Periodic Labour
Force Study for 2017-18 was finally released, it's been released as a
single PDF. Has anyone succeeded in converting all the tables into an easy
to read format such as CSV or excel?
Speaking of data.gov.in, any idea of the rationale behind asking you for

Thanks, Dilip, for making this available.
I'm downloading this, and will let you know in case I find any issues.
Is the PCA for the 2001 Census available in a similar format?
Thanks much

One annoying thing about data.gov.in is that they put out data in multiple
files in a single catalog, and with the number of such files occasionally being
large, downloading them manually is an extremely painful process.
Just wanted to check if any of you has written a script to download all

Just a thought related to the email I sent last week about data-hoarders
not releasing data to the public. Can we make a small beginning on this one
at the Open Data Camp this weekend?
Perhaps we can make it mandatory for each and every speaker at the sessions
to make public some data that they
