I'm trying to find a reliable source for tracking hate speech notices
issued by ECI to politicians during the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
The ECI website seems to some notices on the same, but it's hard to believe
that so few instances exist.
Does anyone know any alternate

The parliamentary constituencies map on the website has older boundaries
for J and Ladakh.
Does anyone have the updated map or the shape files for the same? I have
attached two images for reference.
Would be immensely helpful if you could share them.
