render server-side - so the option is the screen-capture and trace out
manually. I am quite surprised no one has made good open domain maps for this
yet. Maybe a good hackatho
if you are not looking for georeferenced maps then the pdfs on this site
might help. you can clean the pdfs in inkscape or adobe illustrator...
