Can you please give a bit more details, so that i could help you better.

   - Which data sentinel data are you using Sentinel 2 optical data or
   Sentinel 1 SAR ?
   - Do you need the boundary of the entire agricultural region or
   individual boundary of farms ?
   - What is the cropping pattern of the region of Interest ?
   - The level of accuracy you need ?

You can do it using LULC masking. Classify agriculture lands and mask it. 
Then apply different convolution filters for edge detection.

Sending just the outer boundaries of Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban 
district. CRS is Geographic.
