Hi Satish, You can refer to the Maharashtra Remote Sensing Application Center (MRSAC) for the political maps. They have hosted PDFs of administrative divisions where you will find Tehsil wise village boundary maps. you will need to convert those PDFs into shapefile and georeference them. MRSAC:
