I am not sure whether the file you uploaded is for CD Blocks or Tehsils.
However, I am assuming that it is for Tehsils in Shimla District of
Himachal Pradesh. As per the file, Jubbal and Kotkhai are considered as two
different blocks. But according to the 2011 census,

I was looking for a particular block from UP. Got it from one of Sreeram's
links. Interestingly, I also validated the data of Jharkhand and Arulalan
data came out to be correct. So, thanks to both of you again!!
