Your comments are valid, In fact I too have many similar observations,
My basic observation is that it is a very basic indicators set rather than
a "Smart City" indicator.
I had submitted mine very long time back.

There is some routinely collected data of customs for the last 50 days
until they shut down the portal. Its raw data, you will need to write a
script to analyze them.

I am sorry i couldn't share it to the group right away due to my health
conditions. I commented on few indicators and have stressed this cannot be
used by authorities as it undermines citizen rights and makes authorities
go for a wild goose chase.
