Hi  Emmanuel ,

Thankyou for your suggestion. I will try to implement it.

I have used Python, Pandas to clean and parse the data that I acquired from 
ECI. 
and regarding the map UI, I was maintaining this website  from long 
time  to store my map analysis, which is totally opensource 
: https://github.com/GarudadevDataServices/map

One suggestion I have is to add state boundaries. I can see the state names
but have to guess which constituencies fit in which states.
