Short Description:
C#, ASP.Net, Silverlight Developer to assist with the development of GIS Web
and Mobile Applications.
Complete Description:
Experienced C# .Net Developer with the ability to program alone with minimal
direction. Very self directed.
Minimum Required Experience and Skill Set:
Education and/or Equivalent Years Experience: Bachelor degree in computer
science or geography (GIS preferred), BS Degree with emphasis in GIS,
Engineering, or related field.
5 or more years of software development using Microsoft .Net Framework,
Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 (C#).
2+ years recent development experience in GIS.
Strong experience on developing GIS-related applications with ESRI
ArcObjects.
Experience with ArcGIS Mobile
Experience with ArcGIS Engine
Experience developing web applications.
Markup languages: HTML, XML
Strong communication skills.
Additional experience in the following is preferred:
Experience with Telvent's ArcFM, ArcFM Mobile, and ArcFM Engine
Experience on ESRI ArcGIS Server and ArcSDE is preferred.
Experience on developing applications using Oracle and/or SQL server
databases.
Experience with SOAP and REST web services for mapping.
Geocoding, Routing, GPS/AVL.
