------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Feb 25 02:19:20 -0800 2005 ------- With MyODBC 3.51.09 Open a mysql odb document. Click on the Tables button, navigate to the table of your choice. RMB click on the table and choose Edit Table. Insert a new field, e.g. TINYINT NOT NULL and set the Default value to 1, Save the new table structure and then open the table for editing of data by double clicking on it. All of the records that were previously present in the table now have a value of 0 for the new field. Create a new record, and instead of entering a value in the TINYINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 1 field, just move up a row to validate the data entry. Notice that the default value proposed by OOo is "0" and not "1" Reproducible This behaviour is also reproducible for the current 1.1.x implementation on Linux, and Mac, and is also present in NeoOffice/J, and with several different versions of MyODBC (3.51.06, 3.51.07, 3.51.09, 3.51.10) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
