Bug with Oracle 10.2.0.2 for Solaris 64bit

FYI I just found out why DBD::Oracle will not work out of the box or on a compile on a Solaris 64bit computers form HP. Seems there is a bug in Oracle (What??? never happens?? yeah right!) the bug number is 5389730. Seem that our friends at Oracle forgot to add a flie to a makefile into the
