You don't need those files, and should install them either. They are
compiled into dbmail!

@Paul: what gmime version are you using wiht dbmail 3.2 at the moment? I
would like to use 3.2 to introduce a dependency on a higher gmime
version in Gentoo and since there have been problems with some versions
before I thought I'd ask you which you recommend at the moment.
