[deal.II] METIS Issue during Installation Process

Hello, I am trying to install Deal.ii on my new cluster, from the build screen output it looks there is a problem in finding METIS (which is installed). I am not exactly sure what is going on? Is there a way to hard code the METIS Path during the make process? I have attached the screen out
