Zachary, The Intel compiler does not have its own standard library and instead, it uses the one from gcc. Often, you need to load a newer version of gcc and then load the Intel compiler to have a compiler *and* a standard library that support C++14. Otherwise the compiler supports C++14 but the standard library does not.
