The bus company in Taipei would know.
Some bus companies even have tables for that. And it could be easier to take a
taxi to such stop?
When I use Google maps (Taipei to Hsinchu) it could be.

I am arriving from Komatsu, Japan in Taipei Taoyuan on Sat 7/28 at 21:50.
Any suggestions how to move to Hsinchu at this time, anyone else
arriving around this time (nothing mention on the travel schedule wiki,
though).
