I think making 1 video that tries to cover everything is a mistake.
Volunteers might just want to learn the basics of using the cameras, or
just using the audio mixer.

will cover, who the target audience is, how much detail it will get into,
how long it will be - the things that will help define what is and isn't in
scope so that
