I just spoke to danimo: I'll get a battery pack to replace the lost one.
I'll take care of this the upcoming days; will send one last mail once
this is done.

I'm pretty exhausted and tired on my way back to Berlin. ETA of the
equipment at CCCB: ~ 2018/05/21 1AM.

It was great, thanks a lot for borrowing the stuff. Unfortunately,
during MiniDebConf one battery pack (four eneloope) was lost. I would
like to take care of getting these replaced, just one question for
clarification: Do you want to get the batteries or a refund?

Pinking up stuff in the morning at CCCB will be a problem, we would need
to find someone who can open the door.

I'm still waiting for the final feedback regarding the transport Berlin
to Hamburg. If all works out all, I'll share a car.

Is the videogear already ready to be transported? Is it currently at
CCCB? If so, I would like to pick it up Wednesday morning. The person
I'm sharing the car with has a key to the location, AFAIK. Could you
share details where to find it?

Hi derpeter,

.oO(wow, that's cool stuff)

For the miniconf we can work fine with just 3 microphones, and therefore one
single case would be okay.

I'll already be driving with the video hw from Paris and Berlin is a fair bit
out of the way, so I'd rather not volunteer to pick the case up myself. If
noone else can do it then I can surely make arrangements.

We are in the process of buying another two of
https://c3voc.de/wiki/hardware:audiocase which will be ready at that time.
As you can see we have to 2 handheld and 1 headset per case you woul
either need to take two cases or work with 3 mics.
They are located in Berlin so somebody would need to pick them up.
