yes this is an input driver like others.

Hi,
Is there a package that will allow me to use a standard joystick to
control the mouse pointer? This would be useful for people who suffer
from RSI related to mouse usage - joysticks are typically more
ergonomic.
If no such package exists I am keen to start work on one, but need
some advice on
