Dear maintainers,
in the past I discovered, that an update of KDE on a debian-amd64 system is
changing personal settings.
As I read, this behaviour is against the rules of debian, so I found it worth,
to remark it.
I at least found to changes out:
1. the settings for files with an ending FLV

Debian does not change personal settings which means user settings
that are set per account. Settings that are system wide
Besides the issues posted initially (please see at the end of this
message) other problems have arisen, while I did nothing about BIOS
yet, which is Phoenix version 2004Q3, 03/14/2006.
I installed:
smartmontools (OK)
sensors-detec (fine with smsc47b397 and k8 temp; actually, during ssh
I was waiting for the update in sid, but now I change it in the
source, my skype is now working, in that way. On the other hand the
libraries required are in conflict with ia32-libs and then with wine
nspluginwrapper and so on...
wine is working installed from ia32 repo...
