Do you have 2 ways to make this wifi work's ..
The simple way is using the package b43-fwcutter, install from you apt
sources (im using sid+experimental).
It will download the windows driver's and compile automatic on you sistem.

No he doesn't, the 4328 isn't supported by either drivers you mention.
ndiswrapper is the only way to get it working, sadly enough.
