In the past two weeks I have re-enabled the TCP offload feature on my
debian/stable NAS running kernel 3.16.0-4-kirkwood.
I have not managed to reproduce the bug in the current setup.
Looking through the changelog of linux-image-3.16.0-4-kirkwood, I found
a mentioning of #764162 (file data corruption, via network).
I'll leave offloading enabled for the time being and report back if I'll
see TCP data corruption again.
