I have fixed the manual and translations (yes, I know how "ext3" and
"ext4" are translated in all languages ;)

From section 6.3.3.1 of the installation manual:
The default file system selected in most cases is ext3;
for /boot partitions ext2 will be selected by default when
guided partitioning is used.
Isn't the default ext4? I haven't examine the source.

I can reliably test that the layout of files in debian-installer-netboot-
images' debian-installer-7.0-netboot-kfreebsd-amd64 is functional locally
using kvm:

http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/6.0.7/ia64/iso-dvd/. After downloading
the ISO's I checked the md5 for debian-6.0.7-ia64-DVD-1.iso. This md5sum
(7fb1cb78f8dd06111a52db95896b6792) matches the md5 given on the site at
