Bug#793119: Cannot select proper timezone

The right fix for this bug is to include "Other" in the options for timezone selection. In my case, I am installing a en_US.UTF-8 server in Thailand. The instructions to go back and select a language of the timezone you are leads to the whole interface switching to Thai script.
