This is a nasty bug! It took us by surprise. We were using netboot.tar.gz
installer build=20150422+deb8u2 and successfully installed Debian 8.1 and 8.2
prior to end of November/December 2015. It had failed to install in the same
environment for the past couple of weeks or since about January
to build a server with the debian installer, he do not have
to enable the
IPv6 privacy extensions.

php is aparently not set up to corectly use the unixODBC configured in
php v 4.3.9-1 build date Oct 5 2004. isql command connects using dsn
where as php from command line and from apache does not find dsn.

Mounting the sarge netinst beta 4 .iso (on loopback), cd'ing to that dir, and running:
md5sum -c md5sums.txt
Gives an error. README.html has the wrong md5sum... assumably because it was
edited after the checksums were generated.

Yesterday I downloaded and installed the newest version of modconf and
*still* have no user interface for this programme. Again, you run it
under shell or terminal, the machine pauses for about 15 seconds and
returns. That's it. Somehow
