Hi, I am not able to set clock on compaq 6510b and compaq presario c700 model laptops. $ sudo hwclock select() to /dev/rtc to wait for clock tick timed out The same error shows while booting up. Fedora core 8 with 2.6.23 kernel was able to setup this correctly on 6510b. Regards Praveen
