[Patch] pdf output from doc build has broken links

I noticed whenever a url link is nested inside a file tag, the pdflatex output is incorrect and unlinked. The patch below fixes that in the woody install manual. Also, some links are made relative links by the web build process. Those links work fine in the html format, but in the pdf format

I had a similar problem to the original reporter with a PCMCIA Xircom. This was fixed as of boot-floppies 3.0.14. However now I find an ifconfig eth0 down will freeze the system, even though it had been working perfectly. However all-in-all, 3.0.14 works much better with PCMCIA. -- Dan Shearer

Everytime I run the make portion of the program, it will always get to this error where it cannot find utilities/dbootstrap/dbootstrap. Even after I change rootdisk.sh to look for utilities/dbootstrap/build/dbootstrap, the program still runs into this error. Can this get resolved?? Thanx in

This is on ia64, b-f 3.0.14, debootstrap 0.1.15.3, libc6.1 2.2.4-2 All worked fine with libc6.1 2.2.4-1. debootstrap tries to x_core_install $LIBC6 before sysvinit has been installed (it is unpacked, but dpkg doesn't know about it). libc6.1 postinst does sysvinitver=`dpkg -s
