Do any debian packages support splashimage= support for grub? Try as I
might, this topic is difficult to find info on, although seemlingly there
is absolutely no support for splashimages in grub on debian systems. I
also read something about the splashimage= command being supported in
.91 grub

as I noted from earlier messages, there's a lack of testers for i386
tftpboot. Fortunately I'm in a situation that I'm able to test
tftp-booting on Intel ISP1100 hardware (they use Intel network chips with
netboot support) and on off-the-shelf PCs using 3c905C cards. At least
