I would like to play somewhat with the debian sarge installer. To get started,
I have two questions:
- Are there images for floppies and CDs somewhere?
- Do you have instructions how I could build my own (modified) image?

needs the change the floppy
without doing anything, I recommand to ask the user to change floppy and hit
the enter button, this would be a very save workaround for this issue.

- during the bootups read the configuration from the file
- if new hardware is installed, the user should have the possibility to call
discover again manually and get the config file updated.

Booting the laptop from the pxe floppy should boot the laptop with the
debian installer.

I can a a data point:
For a new HP Laptop 17-cp2xxx with an AMD Ryzen 5 7520U hibernation also works
flawless with an correctly sized swap partition.
