Package: debian-installer
Version: (unknown, from sarge netinstall cd)
After booting into linux, right after starting the installer the screen
goes to black. If I switch to other console it works, I can see the
process running and kill the installer, it will start automatically again

Does adding
debian-installer/framebuffer=false
to the boot parameters help?
yes, that helped. Thanks a lot, now I'm going for the netinstall.

Hello,
this is my second try to install sarge on my PowerMac 7200/120, this time
I went further, but still can't have a successful install:
my machine:
PowerMac 7200/120 (oldworld, PPC [EMAIL PROTECTED])
160M RAM
2 SCSI drives: 500M (Mac OS BootX), 4.3G (Linux)
Radeon 7000 ME on PCI slot 1
USB
I just wanted to know if some of the new install images has the option of
skipping the yaboot install, because that was the only problem I had when
installing testing in my PowerMac 7200 (PPC 601, oldworld).
salud! (cheers!)
