This is a Gtk Partition Magic clone based on libparted. This is a
wonderful Desktop tool for partition and after some hacks it will should
be used for the Gui frontend to the new Debian Installer.
You can downlaod it from this official link:
From Userlinux project www.userlinux.com:
http://www.userlinux.com/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Installing_UserLinux:
You can bootstrap a Debian unstable system by installing Debian from any
Debian CD, even a several-year-old one. But it's probably best to
download the new Debian installer, which is in
- a graphical syslinux boot screen (needs an artist)
No progress. On the other hand, something like this might be
easy to turn into a decent boot screen:

Not a blocker for the next release, but there are good reasons to

This graphical artist have made some free and redistributable graphical
works for opensource software (included Debian-med log and debian-junior logo).
He could be very very useful for some installer artwork concept :))

Flatcap (a ntfstools developer) is working on migrating the ntfs tools
(including ntfsresize) to a usable library: libntfs but needs help. You
can find him on irc.freenode.net #ntfs channel or at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

This is the ntfsrezie tool GPL source code/cvs used by Yats(SUSE) and
Diskdrake(MANDRAKE) to make a linux partition over Winxp/Win200x ntfs

I can try to give some help... if my poor english can let me collaborate
with the other d-i developers.
ntfsresize (into nfstools debian package) is mature and is also
successful used in other distro to make dual boot when winxp or ntfs is
installed on the system.
