Hello!
I am using the d-i preseed late_command option to launch a script that
installs a set of packages and makes some configurations.
The script seems to work fine. I am testing it the following way:
1. Boot d-i with 'auto url=myserver
debconf'.
So, can anyone explain to me what is the difference between:
running my script (debconf is the problematic process, AFAICT) in tty2 in
chroot
and:
running my script from the preseed late_command option
???
Thanks for reading! Happy living!

Hello!
In the preseed file there's an option to specify a string of packages to
install via the 'd-i pkgsel/include string' line.
Can this line take the same options that aptitude can take such as
appending /archive and =version to packages?
Love!

Hello!
Is it possible, in etch d-i, when installing from cd/dvd, to specify in the
boot parameters a preseed file that is on a usb storage device with vfat?
Peace.

Hello!
Where can I find the full question text which corresponds to each preseed
line/option?
I'm asking this because there's no documentation for this AFAIK and I'd love
to just find out myself instead of shooting this list with these questions.
Shabbat Shalom.
