Not really. Select-type templates with many choices are indeed always
tricky to use with the text-only interface of debconf. Maybe adding a
long description to the relevant

(re)configuring), there is no text prior to the list of keyboard models,
so the user is left to guess whether the question is about keyboard types,
video cards, or what.
