Bug#919674: Solved: No further investigation needed.

It was a broken USB-Stick as it seems, because with a different one (same .iso) it runs through. Even if I have checked the usb-stick after dd the .iso on it, and the .iso after download. Never had this kind of isssue before.

arm64 graphical installer
