Severity: important
If no host filesystems are detected (which can happen if running inside
a nspawn container in a btrfs subvolume, and btrfs-tools is not
installed), then dracut hangs in 90kernel-modules, because
$host_fs_types is empty and thus instmods tries a read.
I note that this code is very different from upstream (either the 44 tag
or current master), maybe the fix is to update the code from upstream?
