Running Etch for some time now, had Firefox localized to finnish. But
Update Notivier upgraded to Iceweasel and does not install
iceweasel-l10n-fi. So I get an english version of Iceweasel.
Installing iceweasel-l10n-fi and restarting iceweasel gets me
a finnish version of iceweasel.

Most likely, this was caused to the fact, that there was no intermediate
upgrade path.
mozilla-firefox-locale-* (sarge) to iceweasel-l10n-* (etch) was
garanted, but not firefox-locale-* (pre-etch) to iceweasel-l10n-* (final
etch).
Therefore, closing this bug.
