it seems we cannot resolve ftp.linux.org.tr currently.

The problem appears to be a broken DNS configuration that puts all of
the nameservers for linux.org.tr in the same AS.

While the nameservers are still in the same AS, and so the underlying
reliability issue is presumably still there, our monitoring is currently
resolving the name fine, so I'm going to close this.
