should be shipped by the devscripts package with proper Breaks/Replaces.

hardening-includes is currently not installable, therefore the important

As of 7c9fddb, lintian no longer uses anything from hardening-includes.
The hardening-no-fortify check has been implemented in Lintian itself.

Therefore I'm closing this.
