Because of a bug in libmad (#310311) you have lost the versioned
dependency on libmad0 and libid3tag for the version in sid, the
version in sarge is fine. This could break partial upgrades.

If the init.d script is called from an environment that doesn't have /sbin in
it's path (like the cron daemon) then calls to start-stop-daemon fail silently.
