I've created an iptables package that comprises the IMQ patch. It is
however based on the newest kernel (2.6.16-rc6) and iptables (1.3.5)
versions. It is therefore possible that it is incompatible with older
kernels and/or
COnfirmed in two different machines with kernel 2.6.8. interrupts are
shown always in 0, except for the total since reboot.
With 2.6.11 it works right. It seems to be a difference in the format
of /proc/stat
